Do you ship anywhere in the Philippines?

I received a discount coupon from you, how do I use it?

Kindly enter your discount coupon in the checkout page, underneath the product description.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

No. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Please request your cancellation within 12 hours of the time of purchase.

Once we have sent your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email from you. What do I do?

Our confirmation emails are sent out automatically by our order fulfillment system. If you did not receive this email from us, kindly check your junk or spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I don't like the gadgets I just bought. Can I have it exchanged? 

Sorry, but we do not allow product model replacements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Cash on Delivery and Bank Deposit are also available.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay with my credit card instead?

We use PayPal to process all of our payments, but if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use credit card to pay in our store.

What is your buyer protection?

We ensure you get what you paid for. If you are not completely satisfied with your Onlayn product or if your order isn't significantly as described, or doesn't arrive at your doorstep. Simply return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund excluding shipping charges.
