Item Shipping. All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-7 business days. This depends on the inventory level, because some items like powerbanks and cameras are contains lithium batteries which classified as dangerous goods. This means additional slight delays will be incur for these items. Therefore at Onlayn we implement measures so that your items are correctly handled and delivered to their final destination. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with a tracking code is sent to customer.

Delivery Time. The delivery time depends on each product and customer location. We ship to most locations in the Philippines, please expect the delivery time to be 1-7 days within Davao Region and 7-15 days to other locations.

Delivery time stated in calendar days. The delivery time may be longer than stated during the high season and (national) holidays. Onlayn does not take responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due to third-party services.

Onlayn will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect, incomplete or missing shipping address is provided. Onlayn are not liable for deliveries that are affected by natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor extra fee's, or back end charges incurred. 

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including custom duties and excise taxes.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 15 days from receipt of your order.
